I’m Terrie,

creator of Globally Delicious and a plant-based edutainer.



We are changing the way people view plant-based cuisine, one plate at a time.

My journey started by transitioning to a vegetarian diet over 20 years, and I have been plant-based for more than half that time. I wasn’t always a healthy vegetarian/vegan. It is easy to get into the junk food cycle.

I didn’t always stay plant-based. I fell off the vegan wagon more than once. I vacillated between vegetarian and plant-based several times. I know all the pitfalls. I know how hard it can be to stay on track. Did someone say cheese? Ugh! That was always my biggest temptation. I know how unmotivated you can feel when you don’t know what to cook. I know how failure can make you feel like you will never get it right and how that feeling of failure can permeate into other areas of your life. I know exactly how uncomfortable it can be to be ‘that person’ when dining out. I’ve been there.

I spent a lot of time educating myself on plant-based eating. While I came to a plant-based diet for health reasons, I have learned the importance of understanding the powerful impact eliminating animal products has on our environment and on animals. Knowledge is powerful!

Over the years I have pursued learning about nutrition, meal planning, and how to create easy, delicious recipes to help my own family be as healthy as possible. I spent several years traveling the world working with more than 50 chefs and home cooks from over 25 countries to learn about plant-based food globally. I learned how spices can completely change the taste of a dish, how to creatively repurpose leftovers, how to make the same recipe with seasonal ingredients and so much more.

I would love to share my knowledge with you so that your path to success is easier and faster than mine. I can teach you how to navigate challenging situations with confidence because I’ve been there. You can learn from my mistakes and experience and save yourself time, money, and loads of frustration.

Globally Delicious was created to help you build your confidence in the kitchen. We are passionate about making cooking fun, delicious, easy, and accessible to everyone. Our mission is to inspire you to cook and eat whole, real, plant-based foods. We will teach you how to make nutritious, whole, real food for your family and friends. You will never think vegetables are boring again!

We do this with interactive cooking classes and demonstrations, one-on-one coaching, group classes, and workshops. I believe that you can find 1,000’s of plant-based recipes online, but you need to set yourself up for success if you want to accomplish your goals.
